True Sky Inc. develops, sells, implements, and supports enterprise-level Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This role provides essential administrative and operational support, enabling senior leadership and delivery teams to focus on strategic initiatives and revenue-generating activities. Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, coordination, and general operational support for projects, client meetings, and internal activities.
• Maintain CRM data, track renewals, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Manage documentation and templates, including customer-facing materials, contracts, and internal operational templates.
• Oversee contracts, agreements, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and renewal processes, including follow-up on outstanding items.
• Support marketing and partner programs at an operational level.
• Own and monitor the support portal, ensuring tickets are tracked and recurring concerns are flagged.
